Aside from being a resort destination, Daluyon Beach and Mountain Resort is also a must-try dining destination while you’re in Puerto Princesa. Our Pawikan restaurant offers delectable gourmet choices specially prepared by our chef, which you can enjoy amidst a relaxing al fresco atmosphere. Enjoy beautiful tropical views as you sip your morning latte made with proudly Palawan coffee beans and while indulging in Filipino and continental dishes that include the fresh ‘Catch of the Day’. Vegetarian options are also available.

Daluyon also hosts pop-up culinary events featuring world-class Filipino talents to elevate the local dining scene.

Pawikan Restaurant is open from 6AM to 10PM. Breakfast is served from 6AM to 10AM. Main bar is open until 10PM.

Tribu Grill

Tribu Grill offers poolside dining with delicious barbecued treats. Located beside our Game Hut, it’s the perfect spot for a group of friends and family to share a festive lunch or afternoon snack after a dip in the pool. Tribu Grill can accommodate up to 15 guests.

Sunken Pool Bar

Swim by our Sunken Pool Bar and indulge in tropical-infused cocktails crafted by our resident bartender made with proudly Philippine ingredients. Happy hour is from 3PM to 6PM: Buy 2 cocktails and get 1 for free! Sunken Pool Bar is open from 10AM to 6PM.

In-room dining

Savor every moment of your stay in our beachfront cabanas and opt to have your meal inside your suite. You can also request to have your food set up on the veranda for a panoramic view of the beach.

Chef Sheilo Roxas is the head chef of Daluyon Beach and Mountain Resort’s all-day dining outlet, Pawikan Restaurant. Chef Sheilo has worked in notable luxury hotels in the Philippines as well as international luxury cruises and the years he spent working in the kitchen has honed his technique, taste and philosophy in cooking. With 20 years of experience under his belt, Chef Sheilo reimagines coastal dining and gives his own take on Asian favorites and beloved Filipino dishes.
